SeaCoast at Uptown Oaks
SeaCoast at Uptown Oaks is located in Tampa, FL close to the campus of the University of South Florida. Currently, SeaCoast is a 130-bed Medicaid approved Assisted Living and Memory Care. Burgh2Bay currently consults the community for business development and operational oversight to ensure the community continues to hold a high patient population and also works closely with the executive team to lower costs and increase revenue.
Westminster Village at Kentuckiana
Westminster Village at Kentuckiana is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in Clarksville, IN, about 15 minutes north of Louisville, KY. Currently, Burgh2Bay consults the community in their 155-bed Independent Living community and their 94-bed Asissted Living community.The Burgh2Bay continues to build upon patient census in those two divisions of the community while also working with the executive team to revamp the community and bring it back to a place of promince in the local community.
