Dan Fabrizi, the President and CEO of Burgh2Bay, has extensive experience in the Senior Living industry. He started in Private Duty Home Health in 2013 and worked his way up to hold key positions in various levels of care. He was the Vice President of Business Development at SeaCoast Health Systems, where he co-owned an Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
Dan has a comprehensive understanding of Senior Living and has established contacts with communities and their key personnel in Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas county. Burgh2Bay has a partnership with a reputable real estate company that specializes in selling homes to facilitate a seamless transition to a Senior Living community.
Dan and Mike aim to be the primary source of Senior Living placements, using their knowledge and expertise to help Seniors in the area lead happier and healthier lives.

Clinic & Pharmacy
With close to a decade of experience in the clinical and pharmacy space, the founders of Burgh2Bay have extensive experience in many facets of the industry including 503A compounding, compliance in 45 territories and 15 states, and being a general manger in charge of the overall operations of a pharmacy. Those functions of the general manager include but are not limited to sales, business development, marketing, and implementation of policies and procedures in new/start-up clinicals and pharmacies.
Property Management
Burgh2Bay is excited to explore options in the real estate market. The team is currently exploring several Airbnb options in the Tampa Bay region and are excited to work with local agents to acquire several properties across the area. Burgh2Bays commitment to providing a unique experience in their Airbnb’s will be critical in setting them apart from their competition.
The team is also working with several general contractors in the Tampa Bay market to fund new build and “flipping” projects in the area.
