Burgh2Bay has constructed a winning team as well as a formula for success. I invested money with them on a Flip at the very end of August. This project was suppose to be completed at the end of March and hitting the market at the beginning of April. The house that we purchased needed a lot of work. I was in Brazil and couldn't physically visit the property, however Dan and his team worked diligently to get the project completed as quickly as possible, as well as to keep all of the investors on the projected updated on the progress. The repairs were completed in October, they did an open house at the end of Nov. The house went under contract DAY 1 it closed in 3 weeks and I had my money before the end of the year... Incredible work from an incredible team. The New Year just started and we already have several projects that I will be investing with them on in 2024!
